I've cried at least once, but that wasn't when the character died; it was when another character had to say goodbye.Sarahhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06636585111057799728noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3917729637280439180.post-63180630907525702372011-01-28T16:57:04.007-08:002011-01-28T16:57:04.007-08:00I don't mind killing characters (although I do...I don't mind killing characters (although I do often plan them in advance) -- but what I love more is putting them through physical tortures. :)Emy Shinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08109925009902220083noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3917729637280439180.post-42853325990197862922011-01-28T13:39:42.301-08:002011-01-28T13:39:42.301-08:00*Grumpy face* I don't think we have Southland ...*Grumpy face* I don't think we have Southland here yet. Fingers crossed though. :)

Um, I have no problems in killing a character I love (or a character someone else I know loves - mwhahaha). But, like Jennifer said, I know who it will be in advance and, like in Southland, I do it for story reasons.Lindsayhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04313619484424363895noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3917729637280439180.post-45731583742616817612011-01-28T12:12:00.754-08:002011-01-28T12:12:00.754-08:00There was a character in Leah Cypess's MISTWOO...There was a character in Leah Cypess's MISTWOOD that I loved, who died. I won't spoil the book by telling you which one!

If anyone dies in my books, I usually know well in advance who it is and how it will happen. I crushed on him hard core when he was in the O.C.
Killing characters...I sob. Uncontrollably. Same with when I type "The End." My husband laughs at me...but I'm ok with that.Dawn Iushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01546425873531022196noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3917729637280439180.post-63043635573225249512011-01-28T10:05:28.718-08:002011-01-28T10:05:28.718-08:00Oh, I have been thinking about this a lot lately! ...Oh, I have been thinking about this a lot lately! A character you know will probably die in the next few chapters of my WIP and I'm having an internal conflict over it. Does this character really NEED to die? Is there another way to work out the climax? Le sigh. It's tough being God sometimes. ;)Katrina L. Lantzhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06871272394922775923noreply@blogger.com
